Process Engineering Associate I

Join us at our Jackson, TN, plant, where we are seeking an Associate Process Engineer to lead transformative initiatives. You will have the opportunity to work with various team members across Operations, Maintenance, Safety, Quality, Finance and more! Together, you will shape the future of the Jackson plant as you lead varying projects focused on process improvement utilizing data analytics. Our engineering and process teams are always growing with opportunities for advancement in your career as you develop your skillset and expand your knowledge.
The hours for this role are typically 7am – 4pm however will rotate shifts for the first 6 months to learn the equipment.
Production Line Support – Lead all activities on your assigned shift working towards production goals, sanitation efforts, maintenance requests, managing technicians and the overall budget.
Direction and Servant Leadership – Lead and demonstrate your people skills as you provide direction and support on various projects to numerous team members.
Safety First – Focus on people safety and food safety in all aspects of the operation.

Bachelor’s Degree or HS Diploma/GED with related experience
Demonstrated knowledge of managing safety and/or quality programs & processes
Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
