Key Responsibilities of the RN - Home Health - Travel
Provide direct patient care in an efficient and professional manner
Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care

Requirements of the RN - Home Health - Travel
Valid RN license (Single State or Multi-state Compact)
Completion of an accredited/approved school of nursing with requisite clinical hours
Less than 1 year of experience with direct patient care preferred
Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and customer service skills
Basic computer skills
