RN - PCU - Weekend - Nights

PCU RN - Night Shift

This is a 13-week contract position.

Will work 3x12-hour nights from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.

Every other weekend and holiday rotation required.

We are seeking a skilled PCU RN to join our team in a Level I Trauma Center and Teaching Facility. The ideal candidate will deliver compassionate, high-quality care to patients primarily in the transplant population, including pre- and post-operative liver and kidney transplant patients.

Provide nursing care to patients in the PCU.

Monitor patient statuses and coordinate interventions as necessary.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Utilize advanced telemonitoring systems as needed.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.

1+ year of recent nursing experience in a PCU or similar environment.

Current South Carolina RN License or Multi-State Compact RN License.

Certifications required: ACLS, BLS from the American Heart Association.

Must demonstrate competency in specialized nursing skills such as central line care, arterial line management, and blood product administration.
