Help Desk IT Support / Technical Support
CSI Companies Inc Defunct
Support hospital imaging project by handling device setup and imaging tasks
Assist with configuration and deployment of imaging-related equipment
Troubleshoot and resolve basic device and imaging issues
Work alongside IT and clinical teams to ensure proper functionality
Perform routine testing and validation of imaging devices
Requirements:
Experience as a Device Technician or similar role
Hands-on imaging experience in a hospital setting
Ability to work onsite full-time for project duration
Strong troubleshooting and basic technical support skills
Preferred:
Experience in a mid-sized hospital environment
Prior short-term project or go-live support experience
Exposure to healthcare IT or clinical systems
