ABA Operations Manager

Salary Range: $75,000 – $85,000 annually + $25,000 Annual Bonus Potential

Maxim Healthcare is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to manage and lead the complete operations within the office. This role is ideal for a strategic leader passionate about healthcare services, quality improvement, and operational excellence.

Oversee fiscal planning, budgeting, and cost control to ensure adequate staffing and resources

Proactively sell Maxim’s full range of services to clients, customers, and healthcare facilities

Create and execute strategic business development plans

Develop and lead recruitment strategies for the office

Establish and maintain an ongoing Quality Improvement Program

Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency

Oversee hiring, onboarding, and compliance for qualified personnel

Manage patient care from referral through discharge in compliance with regulations

Provide ongoing development and growth opportunities for team members

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Provider Relations, or Nursing (BSN preferred)

Minimum 1 year of supervisory or administrative experience in home health care preferred

Knowledge of home care requirements and third-party reimbursement

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)

Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

Fluency in English required
