Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) - Travel Assignment | Beachwood, OH (13-week)

Travel Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) - 13-week assignment in Beachwood, OH (Cleveland area). 12-hour nights; high-volume adult & pediatric Emergency Department. Immediate opportunity for experienced ED RNs and travel nurses.

Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,800 - $1,890
Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) / Emergency Department Nurse / Travel Nurse
Shift: 12 Hour Nights (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM)
Every other weekend and every other holiday required
Unit: 38-bed high-volume Emergency Department with 5 fast track rooms, 4 behavioral health swing rooms, 2 trauma/resuscitation rooms, and an internal waiting room

Active RN license in the state of Ohio (or valid multistate compact license)
Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Department nursing experience as an ED RN or ER RN
Experience caring for both adult and pediatric emergency patients (pediatric emergency care experience preferred)
Strong clinical assessment, triage, and critical thinking skills for high-volume ED care
Ability to work every other weekend and every other holiday as required by the schedule
Completion of required onboarding health and competency documentation
Responsibilities (Emergency Department / ED RN)
Provide high-quality, compassionate emergency care to adult and pediatric patients in a busy Emergency Department
Assess, triage, and prioritize patient care based on acuity using ED nursing best practices
Respond to emergency situations and provide life-saving interventions, including trauma and resuscitation support
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, respiratory therapy, and affiliated children's hospital teams for pediatric cases
Document all care provided accurately and promptly in the electronic medical record
Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment for patients with behavioral health needs and in fast track/triage areas
