Registered Nurse - Cardiac Care ICU

Seeking experienced CVICU Registered Nurses to provide specialized care for critically ill adult and geriatric patients recovering from cardiac procedures. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing complex patient needs in a high-acuity environment with a focus on hemodynamic monitoring and invasive therapies.
Deliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill cardiac patients in a fast-paced ICU setting.
Monitor and interpret invasive and non-invasive hemodynamic parameters, utilizing equipment such as BiPap, Cpap, and mechanical ventilators.
Titrate and manage titratable drips including Dopamine, Levophed, Vaso, Dobutamine, and others according to physician orders.
Collaborate with the healthcare team, including CT Surgery attendings and pulmonologists, to develop and implement patient care plans.
Document patient responses to interventions and adjust care plans accordingly.
Current valid RN license with minimum of 1-2 years of critical care experience in CVICU.
Demonstrated experience in adult cardiac critical care, including invasive monitoring.
Ability to float to Medical ICU when needed, with adaptable flexibility.
Travel experience is highly preferred.
