Physiatrist Physician (Physician )

Seeking a skilled hospital-based physical therapist for a contract position supporting outpatient therapy services. This role entails evaluating assigned patients, developing and adjusting therapy plans in line with patient goals and physician directives, and ensuring delivery of high-quality, safe care. The position also encompasses patient and family education, contributing to the development of therapy services, and collaboration with colleagues.

Contract position; Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist, in good standing.
Experience in hospital or outpatient therapy settings preferred.
Understanding and adherence to State Practice Act and regulatory mandates.
Ability to document patient progress clearly and timely.
Competent with treatment program design to facilitate return to community activities.
Dedicated to ongoing personal and professional development.
Implement and modify therapy interventions, delegating or directing therapy services as appropriate.
Document all care according to state, federal, and clinic guidelines.
Participate in professional development activities and ongoing quality improvement initiatives.
