As a Service Advisor, you'll be the key connection between our customers and service department by:

Greeting customers and understanding their vehicle service needs
Communicating repair updates throughout the service process
Building long-term customer relationships through exceptional service
Coordinating with technicians to ensure quality and timely repairs
Previous customer service experience required
Automotive service advising or sales experience preferred
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
CRM experience preferred
Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence
