SmartMarket Solutions provides a better-than-a-franchise opportunity built on AI managed "micro-stores" that gives entrepreneurs total flexibility in starting and growing their own business in the unattended retail space. We are looking for a sharp, high-level Executive Assistant to work directly with our two founders at our national headquarters.

You will serve as a key partner in helping them stay organized, informed, and focused on the highest priorities.

This role goes beyond traditional administrative work — it requires strong judgment, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple moving pieces in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities Create, maintain and update a daily Executive Dashboard using CRM data and key business metrics

Support founders on projects, priorities, and follow-through across departments

Assist with travel planning, scheduling, and logistics

Handle select personal tasks with professionalism and discretion

Step in where needed to keep operations running smoothly

What We’re Looking For 3+ years experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership

Strong technical skills (CRM systems, dashboards, spreadsheets, reporting tools

Ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting demands

Open to part-time or full-time depending on fit and availability
