2nd shift Bistro Server / Bartender Full Time

Food & Beverage
As a Bartender your job is to fill drink orders either directly from a guest or through servers who place drink orders for dining room guests in the restaurant setting. Bartenders are expected to interact with guests to supply them with a drink that appears directly to their tastes. Bartenders are also responsible for taking and serving food orders to guests. Full bar service including wine, beer and crafted cocktails
Check guests' identification to ensure they are of legal drinking age
Provide excellent guest service
Keep bar clean and tidy at all times
Adhere to all relevant health department rules/regulations and all guest service guidelines
Experience with cash handling and POS systems
Creative thinker
Working knowledge of food and beverage laws and regulations
Follow all safety and sanitization policies when cleaning, handling food and beverage

Able to move equipment which would include pushing pulling, bending, and lifting.
Must have good hearing and visual acuity to observe equipment, The Funplex guests, etc.
Able to work in a considerably noisy environment from equipment and amusements rides.
Requires early arrivals and or/late night departures.
