Position: Managing Clinical Director (Lead Dentist)
Responsibilities
Lead a patient‑centric dental team, ensuring high-quality care and adherence to professional standards.
Conduct comprehensive exams, diagnose dental conditions, and develop treatment plans.
Deliver clinical treatments efficiently while maintaining ethical practices.
Mentor and coach dental professionals, fostering a collaborative environment.
Stay updated on dental advancements through continuing education and professional development.
Network with professional groups and represent practices within the community.
Collaborate with the Operations team to meet financial and operational goals.
Qualifications
DDS or DMD from an accredited institution.
Skills & Key Duties
Leadership and team management.
Exceptional patient care and communication skills.
Knowledge of dental procedures and diagnostics.
Ability to mentor and develop team members.
Commitment to ongoing professional growth.
Representing the practice in the community and professional networks.
