Join Our Team at Mercedes-Benz of Gilbert
We are expanding our Parts Department and are looking for a dedicated team member to assist all customers in a friendly manner. Responsibilities include:

Answering phone calls and providing customers with price quotes and other information
Pulling and filling orders from stock
Notifying the parts manager of out-of-stock parts or shop materials that need immediate attention
Locating out-of-stock parts from an outside source and submitting an emergency order, if necessary
Notifying the service advisor and the customer when special ordered parts have been received
Preparing orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick up
Continuous follow-up on back-ordered parts
Reviewing body shop estimates to ensure accuracy of parts needed and verify pricing
Ensuring internal parts requests are billed accurately on service repair orders
Receiving payment from customers, or obtaining credit authorization
Providing exceptional service to internal and external customers
Desired Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:

• 1 year or more dealership Parts Department experience
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Nothing but the best character and attitude
• Strong organizational skills, detail oriented, thorough and precise
• Possess a clean driving record and valid driver’s license
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screening
