This customer‑service role keeps the shop running smoothly by answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, handling general inquiries, taking messages for staff, and managing front‑desk tasks. You will talk with customers about their desired services, provide pricing information, upsell treatments or products when possible, generate quotes, determine wait times, and perform general cleaning duties to maintain a positive, seamless retail environment.
Flexible schedule required, including nights and weekends as needed.
