ADC Donation Attendant

MERS/Missouri Goodwill Industries is looking for an energetic, self-motivated, and professional ADC Donation Attendant to join our Saint Peters ADC - Salt Lick Rd team! and embody our core values of diversity, integrity, passion, professionalism, respect, and responsibility. The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, customers, and management.

Must possess necessary math and computer and website navigation skills.

Provides positive customer service interactions, including greetings, assisting donors with their donation drop off, and offering thanks and any donation incentive and tax receipt.

Sorts donated goods into categories such as furniture, glass, jewelry, shoes, textiles, wares, books and media, cardboard, and trash.

Opens and closes the Attended Donation Site.

Notifies management of hazardous, valuable, or inappropriate merchandise/materials being donated.

Safeguards company property and personal information from harm, damage, or theft.

Reports any theft, misappropriation, unethical/inappropriate behavior, or unauthorized possession of company property to a member of management, Human Resources, or Loss Prevention.

Must adhere to all MERS/Goodwill policies, Goodwill Retail procedures, and safety and security regulations.

Creates requests for merchandise pickup to the transportation department.
