Temp/Travel- Registered Nurse (RN) L&D (NIGHT)

Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery (L&D) travel assignment in Princeton, New Jersey. Start date 08/04/2026 for a 13-week assignment in a home health care setting. Weekly pay ranges from $2,263 to $2,376 per week with Guaranteed Hours of 36 per week. Shift: 3x12 nights (7:00 PM–7:30 AM). Orientation on 08/04 as part of a Local Contract (Nursing) program.

• Contract duration: Shift: 3x12 nights (7:00 PM–7:30 AM)
• Provide direct RN care to obstetric patients in a home health care setting, supporting labor/delivery and postpartum needs within scope.
• Monitor maternal and fetal status, administer medications per orders, manage IVs, and document care in the medical record.
• Assist with labor and delivery when applicable; respond to obstetric emergencies, and coordinate with the attending clinician.
• Perform postpartum assessments, newborn care coaching, and family education on breastfeeding, newborn safety, and early parenting.
• Ensure patient safety and infection control; collaborate with the care team and coordinate timely transitions of care and discharge planning.
• Maintain professional standards during a travel assignment, including adherence to shift schedules and weekend coverage as required.

NJ or Compact RN license at submission

• Minimum 2 years of labor and delivery nursing experience
• Ability to work in a home health care setting and nights (7:00 PM–7:30 AM) with every-other weekend shifts
• Orientation on 08/04 and program participation in Local Contract (Nursing)
