Insurance Defense Paralegal Needed ASAP

A prominent, highly successful insurance defense firm in the New Orleans CBD is seeking a dynamic, motivated Litigation Paralegal to join their high-volume transportation practice. Medical Record Mastery: Direct the collection, indexing, and deep-dive analysis of extensive medical records. Draft flawless, detailed medical chronologies for severe injury claims.

Transportation Defense: Assist with the collection and review of commercial motor vehicle (CMV) evidence, including driver logs, safety records, and telematics.

Utilize strong legal billing skills to accurately capture and document daily billable time in accordance with insurance guidelines.

Draft discovery requests, responses, subpoenas, and initial defense pleadings. Manage complex document reviews.

Proven litigation experience strictly within insurance defense , with preferred exposure to transportation or trucking claims .

Heavy experience reviewing medical records and drafting comprehensive medical summaries.

Strong technical proficiency in case management software and legal billing platforms.
