Hiring: Procurement Specialist 5-7 Years Experience
We are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to lead strategic sourcing initiatives, develop category strategies, and manage supplier relationships.

This role requires a procurement professional who can partner with cross-functional stakeholders, drive sourcing strategies, negotiate supplier contracts, and deliver cost-effective procurement solutions while ensuring compliance with organizational policies.

Partner with internal stakeholders to understand procurement requirements and recommend sourcing solutions.

Lead end-to-end sourcing activities, including RFI, RFP, RFQ, supplier evaluation, negotiations, and contract execution.

Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contracts to optimize cost, quality, and supplier performance.

Ensure compliance with procurement policies, governance, and risk management practices.

Monitor procurement pipelines, supplier performance, and sourcing initiatives to support business goals.

Act as a trusted advisor on procurement best practices and strategic sourcing initiatives.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Accounting, or a related discipline.

5-7 years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Purchasing, or Category Management.

Strong experience in supplier negotiations and contract management.
