Documents care delivered accurately and timely in electronic health record.Responsibilities:Provides patient care based on the nursing process as directed by the staff nurse.Performs all delegated patient care functions in compliance with policy and procedure as directed by the primary nurse.Provide clerical support to the unit nursing staff in a prompt and efficient manner as observed by the Charge Nurse, Director and/or Supervisor.Qualifications:Education:Minimum Requirement: High School Diploma/GEDCNA Completed Course preferredPhlebotomy and EKG Experience preferredLicense:Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Sunnyvale is a 70-bed hospital, proudly serving residents since 2009.
