Banking Loan Processor/Closer

We have a tremendous opportunity for someone with experience processing and closing mortgage and consumer loans. Our client is looking for someone to “own” the loan process from application to closing and be a vital part of the team. This position is responsible for processing and closing residential mortgages, home equity loans/lines, and consumer loans from application through funding.

Process loans from application through closing and funding

Review applications and documentation for accuracy and completeness

Order and review appraisals, title work, flood certifications, and credit reports

Maintain compliant loan files and accurate pipeline reporting

1 - 3+ years of experience in mortgage processing, consumer loan processing, loan servicing, and/or lending operations

• Experience preparing and closing residential mortgages, HELOCs, home equity loans, and consumer loans
• High school diploma or equivalent. Associate’s degree in business, Finance, Banking or related field preferred.
