Medical, Dental, Vision, and Aflac (over 30 hours)

Ongoing training with opportunity for wage increases

Currently looking to fill several ongoing shifts. Full-time or part‑time positions open. We work with your availability to put you in regular and recurring care shifts.

Wage: $25 for 1‑3 hour shifts. $20 starting hourly wage for shift longer than 3 hours. Employees are expected to pick up both shift lengths.

Dignity Care is seeking warm‑hearted people to provide care to clients throughout Boulder and Broomfield Counties. Clients may need assistance with the following during a shift:

Hygiene

Companionship

Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodations.

At least 18 years old (required)

COVID‑19: may affect shift availability.

Has good oral and written English

Has excellent phone and communication skills

Has experience working in the home health industry

People‑oriented - enjoys interacting with people and working on group projects

Adaptable/flexible - enjoys work that requires frequent shifts in direction
