We are seeking dynamic and professional person to join our team. The Receptionist role is responsible for front desk duties including prompt and courteous answering of phones and greeting customers, as well as other duties as needed in accordance with company objectives and procedures.Job Function & Responsibilities:Answering multi-line phone system (including transfers)Greet and direct visitorsMonitor faxesMaintain front desk area and lobbyProcess client service requests and submit to the appropriate insurance companiesProcess incoming mailProcess incoming depositsAssist account managers with various requests and processesAssist account managers with building client policy/coverage databaseMaintain electronic client files per agency standardsFollow agency procedures and insurance company regulationsMaintain good working relationships within office and departmentPerform other specific duties or projects as assignedInsurance knowledge preferred, but not requiredOrganize, set, and maintain prioritiesWork with a minimal amount of supervisionStrong clerical skillsWork normally scheduled hoursExcellent verbal skills and telephone etiquetteSchedule will be M-F 8am-5pmQualifications:Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, as well as internet utilization.Future attainment of P&C license may be requiredRequired Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experienceRequired Travel: No Travel RequiredRequired Education: High school or equivalentHUB International Limited is an equal opportunity employer that does not discriminate on the basis of race/ethnicity, national origin, religion, age, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability or veteran's status, or any other characteristic protected by local, state or federal laws, rules or regulations.
