Practice Highlights:

• 100% outpatient-focused role - no mandatory hospital call
• Four-day workweek with generous PTO and family-oriented scheduling
• Direct admit privileges for your patients (bypass the ER when appropriate)

Compensation & Benefits:

• Guaranteed base salary plus RVU and quarterly productivity bonuses
• Realistic earning potential of $300,000+
