Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers with their parts inquiries and needs

Maintain accurate inventory levels and order parts as needed

Assist with loading and unloading parts shipments

Provide pricing and availability information to customers

Process customer payments for parts purchases

Keep the parts department clean and organized

Handle customer complaints and ensure their satisfaction with the resolution

Provide exceptional customer service at all times

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience in an automotive parts department preferred

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Detail-oriented and organized

Basic computer skills

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary
