Prepare and serve a variety of handcrafted beverages, including boba teas, specialty drinks, and seasonal offerings.

Maintain high standards of drink quality, consistency, and presentation.

Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service.

Assist with daily store operations, including stocking ingredients, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleanliness.

Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe working environment.

Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth store operations.

Adapt to a fast-paced environment and assist with promotional events or new product launches as needed.

Previous experience in food service, coffee, or boba industry is a plus but not required—training will be provided.

Strong customer service skills with a positive and team-oriented attitude.

Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Passion for handcrafted beverages and an eagerness to learn and grow with the company.
