Full-time Dishwasher (Assisted Living)

Join Our Team as a Dishwasher at Western Home Communities in Cedar Falls! Western Home Communities is excited to welcome a passionate and dependable Dishwasher to our team in Cedar Falls! As a key part of our kitchen team, you will play an important role in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and safety throughout the kitchen and dining areas. What You’ll Do: Keep work areas, equipment, plateware, and utensils sparkling clean, sanitized, and well-organized.
Ensure all dinnerware and food service equipment is maintained and easy to access.
Wash pots, pans, trays, and other kitchen items by hand or using the dishwasher.
Follow food safety and sanitation standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.
Engage with residents in a respectful, friendly manner while providing exceptional food service.
What You’ll Need: 16 years of age or older.
Ability to work weekends and holidays as required (a must!).
Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
