We are looking for Hardware Team Lead , must combine strong technical expertise with leadership, customer-facing communication, and delivery responsibility. The project focuses on Power Distribution Boxes (PDB / BDU) for automotive client and experience in low and high voltage environments is critical.

Background in Power Distribution / automotive LV & HV systems

Power supply design

Worst-case analysis (must-have)

Testing, validation, and board bring-up (critical)

Perform and support testing activities (this is done by the team, not a separate function)

Communicate issues clearly to customers
