When you join FOI, you're not just joining a clinic, you're becoming part of one of Florida's largest and most respected orthopaedic groups. As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), you'll play a key role in outpatient therapy, sports medicine, and physical rehabilitation. Working under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist, you'll help patients recover from orthopaedic injuries, post-surgical procedures, and musculoskeletal conditions.

Documenting each visit with treatment notes, progress updates, and patient assessments.
Guiding patients through gait training and mobility exercises.
Serving as a clinical instructor and mentor for PTA students.
Supporting the therapy team and clinic operations as needed.
We're looking for a PTA who is passionate about patient care, orthopaedics, and rehabilitation. Someone who thrives in a fast-paced outpatient therapy setting and finds purpose in helping patients get back to living their best lives.

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
Active Florida PTA license.
Compassionate, patient-focused, and motivated to help people achieve their rehab goals.
Outpatient orthopaedic or sports medicine therapy experience.
