Immediate Caregivers Needed - All Shifts - Full and Part Time

The Direct Support Professional (Caregiver) is a valued member of the Hope Network team, providing compassionate, person-centered support and supervision to individuals receiving services in our residential and rehabilitation programs. DSPs help people develop daily living skills, achieve personal goals, maintain health and safety, and participate fully in their communities while promoting dignity, independence, and choice.
Support people with personal care, daily routines, and healthy living
Help individuals learn new skills and become more independent
Provide medication support and assist with health-related needs
Take part in community outings, appointments, recreational activities, and transportation
Work as part of a team to help individuals achieve their goals
A caring and dependable person who enjoys helping others
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience working with people with disabilities, mental health needs, or caregiving experience
Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification
Basic computer skills
Ability to work scheduled shifts, including weekends
1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Full-Time & Part-Time)

• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Full-Time & Part-Time)
• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Full-Time & Part-Time)

~ Training and Onboarding:
Your first week will include a full week of New Hire Orientation , held Monday–Friday during standard business hours
Some trainings may be scheduled outside of your regular shift hours
