About The Role Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village is seeking a Server Assistant to join our team at Coin & Candor, our modern California Brasserie. This role is responsible for maintaining the dining room by efficiently clearing and resetting tables to standard, assisting with the delivery of food and beverages, and supporting the service team to ensure a seamless and elevated guest experience.

What You Will Do Assist with guest service including retrieving food from the kitchen and safely transporting and delivering it to guests, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, and removal of items from the guest’s table.

Break down, clean and set up tables, buffets, and food stations.

Stock linen, china, silver and glassware for service ensuring that all are polished and in good condition; assist in preparation of smaller items such as toast, soup, or beverages.

Greet guests in a professional manner, serve beverage and food items while explaining the contents, and anticipate and service the guest’s needs before requests are necessary.

One year previous experience in a luxury Food and Beverage outlet.

Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.

Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States.
