Bartender and Server for Bistro Restaurant

Lombardi Family Concepts is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our brand-new concept addition -
Victory Tap (Coming Soon - Summer 2026)
We are looking for experienced Servers who would like the opportunity to help us build a solid front-of-house team. The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate, self-motivated, diligent, and with a natural inclination to make the people around them happy.
You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, attending to our guests' needs, and ensuring that they have a delightful dining experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and provide them with menus
Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff
Make knowledgeable recommendations to guests based on their preferences
Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately
Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in with them throughout their meal
Process payments and operate the POS system efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
Collaborate with team members to provide seamless service
Requirements:

• 2+ years of previous serving experience at upscale, reputable restaurants
• TABC and Food Handlers Certifications
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
• Positive attitude and a passion for hospitality
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
