Restaurant Server PT- Evening

Full Disclosure: This position is PT Less than 15 hours a week and we pool tips. We're a small restaurant known for our delicious craft wines, food and friendly atmosphere, and we're seeking a dynamic individual who thrives in a bustling setting.
Take accurate orders and convey them efficiently to the kitchen, ensuring special requests are communicated clearly.
Serve food and beverages with precision, ensuring correct items and presentation.
Handle cash, credit card transactions, and process payments accurately.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including tables, serving stations, and common areas.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food delivery and address any guest concerns promptly.
Oversee wine club check-ins and bottle distribution, confirming active memberships and providing a welcoming, personalized experience for club members, while maintaining accurate records in the POS systems.
Work efficiently under pressure to ensure smooth operations during busy times.
Uphold company standards for cleanliness, hygiene, and service quality.

Previous experience as a server in a fast-paced restaurant is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong customer service skills and the ability to maintain a friendly and positive attitude even during busy periods.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays of food and drinks.
Some Wine knowledge is a plus, but not a requirement
