Personal scrubs of any color No RTO allowed since this is a shorter assignment. Non-billable orientation: 8hrs Holiday and OT Multipliers: 1.25%
Submission Requirements 1 year or more current dialysis experience - Required Copy of current, valid driver license - Required Geriatric patient experience - Required NXStage Dialysis Machine experience Required - Please note experience on submission CNN or CDN Certification - PREFERRED Crown Web EMR experience - Preferred BSN - Preferred Profile Requirements:
