Recruiter Human Resources (Remote)

iT1, a leading global technology solution provider headquartered in Tempe, AZ, is looking for a dynamic, motivated, Corporate Recruiter to join our growing team. This role works closely with the Recruitment team to build strong talent pipelines and deliver ahigh‑quality, professional candidate experience.

This position isexecution‑focused, highly collaborative, and accountable for managing pipelines, coordinating interviews, and supporting offer processes.

Sales Recruiting & Talent Acquisition

Partner withHRleadership to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and hiring timelines

Manage active requisitions and candidate pipelines to meet hiring goals

Conduct candidate screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers

Provide guidance to candidates throughout the recruiting process to ensure a strong candidate experience

Support offer preparation and coordination in partnership with HR and Sales leadership

Sourcing & Pipeline Management

Proactively source sales candidates using job boards, networking, referrals, and recruiting tools

Build andmaintaina strong pipeline of qualified sales talent

Utilize recruiting platforms and tools to track candidate activity and hiring progress

Maintainaccurateandup‑to‑datecandidate records and recruiting documentation

Work closely with theHR teamalign on recruiting priorities and processes

Partner with Sales leadership on interview feedback, hiring decisions, and onboarding timelines

Support continuous improvement of sales recruiting processes and practices

Ensure recruiting activities align with company standards and compliance requirements

Provide recruiting support foradditionalroles as needed based on business priorities and hiring demand

Ability to build relationships quickly with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders

Solid understanding of sales roles, sales hiring profiles, andrevenue‑drivenenvironments

Proficiencywith ATS and recruiting tools; 2–5+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a sales recruiting role

Demonstrated experience recruiting for sales roles preferred

Experience using ATS or recruiting platforms preferred

Sit at a computer for 8 hours per day

Hearing Requirements (In person speech, telephone, other sounds)

If local to Tempe, AZ, onsite/hybrid

If located outside of reasonable commute, remote
