We’re expanding our Telco & Broadcast division and are seeking a Technical Recruiter who thrives in candidate-driven environments and is eager to deliver top talent for some of the biggest names in the industry.

Flexible Working: Hybrid model with 3 days in-office (Orlando) and 2 days remote

Direct Impact: Help shape the future of telecom and broadcast by placing world-class talent

Build strong candidate pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, and referrals

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: from sourcing through interviews, offers, and onboarding

Partner with Account Managers/BD Executives to understand client needs and deliver tailored recruitment strategies

Maintain accurate candidate records, update CRM/ATS systems, and track recruitment KPIs

Stay ahead of market trends, competitor movements, and talent shifts in the telco/broadcast industry

1-3 years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house) — tech/telecom/media recruitment is a plus

Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean search

Self-motivated and target-driven, with resilience to thrive in a performance-led culture

Hybrid Flexibility: 3 days onsite in Orlando, 2 days remote (remote optional for the right candidate)
