Overview: Position: Travel ICU Charge Nurse Location: Intensive Care Unit

Shifts Available: Days and Nights

Oversees ICU operations and nursing staff during assigned shifts.

Supervises, mentors, and supports staff performance and development.

Assists with performance management and HR-related activities.

Monitors supplies, equipment, and unit readiness.

Coordinates patient care, admissions, transfers, and discharges.

Addresses patient care concerns and escalates issues through the appropriate chain of command.

Rounds with patients and families to support a positive patient experience.

Provides direct patient care as needed to maintain safe staffing and quality outcomes.

Ensures safe, high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications: EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

• Current and valid state RN License
• Minimum of one year as a staff nurse in an acute care hospital setting, E.Previous supervisory experience, one to two years, in acute care hospital, ICU setting, required. #Premiere Healthcare Staffing offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $41.44 to $57.43.
