HR Recruiting Generalist - REMOTE

Location: The Woodlands, TX

Amount of Travel Required: Less than 5%

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - Beusa Energy, LLC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry‑Level HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early‑career professionals looking to gain broad exposure to HR functions in a dynamic and supportive environment.

The HR Generalist will assist with a variety of HR support tasks, including onboarding and compliance. This position requires strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for people and process improvement.

Creates and maintains all Employee Personnel files in alignment with our digital filing system

Provides administrative support for employee benefits, payroll, and other HR related tasks as needed.

Maintains confidentiality of sensitive employee information and ensures compliance with all HR-related regulations.

Supports HRBPs with triage of HR inbox emails and directs requests to the proper HR point of contact as necessary.

Participates in new hire orientations and onboarding of new employees

performance and talent management; and training and development.

Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommends best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.

Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.

Performs other related duties as assigned to assist with successful operations and business continuity.

Employment is contingent upon meeting company's driving standards, including an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) in accordance with Company policy.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required. An equivalent combination of education, specialized training, and relevant professional experience will be considered in lieu of a formal degree.

0-2 Years of human resources experience.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS and talent management systems.

Completes New Hire Safety Orientation and annual recertification.

The HR Generalist works indoors in an office setting, primarily sitting for extended periods of time at a desk station, keyboarding and using repetitive motions with wrists, hands, and or fingers.
