Hotel Front Desk Receptionist (PT)

Were looking for a positive and professional hotel front desk agent to deliver an exceptional experience to every guest at our hotel. Manage room bookings in-person, online, and through incoming calls, and answer inquiries about guests needs, including questions about available rooms, amenities, room rates, special requests, and rewards programs

Welcome, register, check-in, and check out guests staying at the hotel, provide keys and room numbers, and record credit card information

Mitigate customer complaints as needed

Bookkeeping: keep accurate records of all hotel guest account information

Displays impeccable interpersonal, time management, organizational skills, and customer service skills

Well-versed in taking telephone calls and handling stressful situations

Must have graduated high school, received a GED or equivalent

1 year of experience in the hospitality industry as a hotel front desk agent, hotel receptionist, or guest service specialist preferred

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems

Located off I-285, our hotel is two miles from Perimeter Mall and the Dunwoody MARTA train station with access to downtown Atlanta. Oglethorpe University is a ten-minute drive from us. UPS Headquarters and Truist Park are 20 minutes away.
