Role Description The Travel Physical Therapist is contracted, for 13 to 26 weeks (or more) based on need. This position involves providing direct patient care, including evaluating functional limitations, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing evidence‑based physical therapy interventions. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include documenting patient progress, collaborating with an interdisciplinary healthcare team, and educating patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention. The therapist will support rehabilitation across various settings, adapt treatments to diverse patient needs, and maintain high standards of clinical practice and professionalism throughout the assignment.

Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions.

Candidates should possess relevant Medicine knowledge to understand diagnoses, comorbidities, and interdisciplinary treatment plans.

Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state they will be working in or eligibility to obtain licensure, is required.

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program is preferred.

Prior clinical experience in orthopedic, neurologic, or general rehabilitation settings is beneficial.
