We are looking for an individual interested in making a difference in the world by directly supporting researchers who are making globally impactful advances in research, and who is seeking a career with various opportunities for growth.The Research Advancement Administrator position will have the responsibility of collaborating with Fulton School of Engineering (FSE) faculty at SEMTE on the development, preparation, and submission of sponsored project proposals to various funding agencies. In this role the candidate would not be responsible for technical content, rather they would be supporting faculty in the administrative aspects of proposal development and submission.The successful individual will be someone who has a strong attention to detail, demonstrates good customer service and communication skills, values continuous improvement, enjoys problem solving, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with crucial timelines. It is important to be able to work with people with a wide range of background, skill level, culture, and language. This position reports to the Research Advancement Manager at SEMTE.**DOE**Essential Duties:*** Provides administrative guidance during pre-submission, development, and administrative review.* Works with ASU's Proposal Negotiation Team and sponsors as needed for clarification of application guidelines.* Provides support in document management and in the uploading of grant and contract proposals to federal, state, and other funding agencies.
