Compensation and Bonus Structure

Total Compensation Package: $80,000 to $117,000 annually. Opportunity to earn more based on center size, mentorship of RBTs and supervision of assigned trainees.

Your total compensation consists of a competitive base salary, performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, and long‑term ownership in the company.

BCBAs become eligible for long‑term ownership upon promotion to the Sr. BCBA role. All other roles are eligible.

Bonus Structure

Monthly Performance Bonuses: Uncapped rewards for impact without waiting months to qualify.

Sign‑On Bonus: Up to $10,000 based on start date and location.

Mentorship Bonuses: Earn bonus pay for supervising an RBT pursuing their Master’s in ABA.

Certification Bonuses: Rewarded for each therapist who becomes certified under your supervision.

Relocation Packages: Available to ease transition expenses.

Scheduling and Work‑Life Balance

Remote Work Benefit: Up to 3 work‑from‑home days per month, plus up to 16 additional assessment‑related work‑from‑home days per year.

Schedule: Monday‑Friday, daytime hours.

Manageable Caseloads: Support up to 8 children to avoid burnout.

Research & Innovation: Collaborate with Dr. Linda LeBlanc at the Action Institute to advance treatment outcomes, transparency, equity, and clinical quality.

Clinical Guidance: Guided by our Clinical Advisory Board and Compassionate Care Team featuring industry leaders such as Dr. Charna Mintz, Dr. Greg Hanley, Dr. Linda LeBlanc, Dr. Patricia Wright, Dr. Dorothea Lerman, Dr. Malika Pritchett, Dr. Mahshid Ghaemmaghami, and Dr. Anthony Cammilleri.

Education and Support

Continuing Education: Minimum of 10+ free CEUs per year in‑house, extra funds to attend additional training courses, and 2 paid days off for CEU events.

Your Role

Develop treatment plans that are clinically sound and engaging.

Supervise and mentor RBTs to support consistent, high‑quality care.

Collaborate with families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate growth.

Deliver evidence‑based therapy in a supportive, play‑focused environment.
