Springfield Public Schools is looking for a dedicated District Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team! In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by designing and overseeing individualized behavior intervention programs, supporting students and families, and collaborating with the educational team.
Qualifications:
Valid NJ Instructional or Educational Services certificate required.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
Experience working with students with autism, developmental disorders, and multiple disabilities required.
Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status.
Salary Range as per the SEA Contract: $62,000 - $90,000
