Front Desk/Receptionist - Full Time - Evenings

Front Desk Agent
Courtyard by Marriott Coral Gables is seeking an experienced Front Desk Agent for their beautiful hotel! Must have open availability, including holidays and weekends. Company benefits include health, vision, dental, PTO, 401k, employee discount, and much more.
Greet guests immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome. Use selling techniques to optimize occupancy and rates while ensuring accurate information is provided about hotel facilities.
Maintain cash bank per guidelines, follow accounting procedures, handle guest room keys securely, and protect guest information.
Coordinate with all hotel departments, stay informed about front office operations, attend meetings, and report concerns to management.
Full-time hours available (at least 30 hours per week).
Must be able to work flexible work hours/schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
High school diploma or general education degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. Prior experience in a Marriott brand hotel atmosphere preferred. Must be able to speak, read, and understand English.
