Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - High School
School Setting: High School (Grades 9-12)
We are seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support a high school in South Holland, IL. This is an onsite, consultative role designed for a BCBA who enjoys collaboration, coaching, and working as part of a social-emotional support team rather than carrying a traditional caseload.
Start Date: Flexible (possible summer start)
Employment Type: Full-time
This position follows a consultative and coaching model, focusing on supporting staff and students through collaboration with the school’s social-emotional team. The BCBA will play a key role in helping develop strategies, guide interventions, and strengthen behavioral supports across the school.
Partner with social workers, counselors, and school staff to support student needs
Analyze behavior trends and recommend data-informed strategies
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Non-traditional BCBA role with a focus on consultation vs. Opportunity to be innovative and creative in shaping supports
Potential for an early/summer start
