As a Full Cycle Sales Representative, you will:

Connect with prospective clients through phone and video consultations.

Conduct needs assessments to understand each client's goals and financial needs.

Present customized financial and health solutions that provide real value.

Manage the entire sales process, from initial outreach and lead qualification to closing sales.

Build strong, long-lasting relationships through exceptional customer service and consistent follow-up.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities within the CRM system.

Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales goals through effective pipeline management.

Excellent communicators who can build trust quickly over phone and video conversations.

Passionate about helping others while building a successful career.

Previous sales experience is helpful but not required. Individuals with strong customer service, communication, or relationship-building skills are encouraged to apply.

This commission-only position offers substantial earning potential with a performance-based compensation structure.
