Goranson Bain Ausleyis seeking a Family Law Paralegal to join our Fort Worth office!

The paralegal will work closely with a Fort Worth Partner to support the firm's clients in a manner that is consistent with our core values and vision. The right candidate must have 5+ years of Texas Family Law experience along with attention to detail, strong organizational and drafting skills, and the ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal.

Prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and orders for review, approval, and use by the attorney.

Prepare spreadsheets and documents for inventory and appraisal and calculate child support.

Assist attorneys in analyzing and resolving problems/challenges that arise in family law cases.

Draft discovery requests/responses, assist clients in complying with discovery requests and document production.

Undergraduate degree preferred but not required.

Paralegal certificate or certification preferred but not required.

5+ years of Texas Family Law experience.

Ability to learn and utilize new software, technology, and techniques as needed to meet the changing demands of the legal marketplace.
