As we expand our cardiovascular services across the region, we're building a best-in-class department that delivers a full spectrum of cardiac care—from diagnostics to intervention to rehabilitation.This is your opportunity to help lead a new era in heart health.What You'll DoContribute to the development of a comprehensive cardiology department offering a wide range of services, including:Diagnostic testingCardiac catheterizationsPacemaker implantationCardiac rehabilitationEvaluate and treat patients using advanced medical diagnostic and treatment skills.Provide overreads of all cardiovascular imaging including echocardiograms, stress tests, ECGs, and nuclear cardiology.Coordinate discharge planning in collaboration with case management to ensure seamless patient transitions.Actively recommend and participate in efforts to improve the quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness of care.Accept patient referrals from other physicians and serve as admitting, attending, or consulting physician as needed.Participate in both inpatient and outpatient consultation for cardiology services.Participate in academic programs, including education and research initiatives, as requested.Ensure timely and complete documentation that meets insurance and quality requirements; Provide weekend rounding until noon only, supporting work-life balance for you and your team.QualificationsBoard Certified in Cardiology (or Board Eligible with intent to certify)Active or eligible for Michigan medical licenseCompletion of an ACGME-accredited residency and cardiology fellowshipAbility to interpret a broad range of cardiovascular imagingStrong clinical and diagnostic acumenNote: Cardiologists completing fellowship training or early in their careers are encouraged to apply.What We OfferCompetitive salary and incentive structureComprehensive health, dental, and vision insuranceShort-term and long-term disability coverageVacation time and CME allowance401(k) retirement planProfessional liability insurance with tail coverageA growing platform with strong support for innovation and clinical excellenceWhy Join EPIC Health?At EPIC Health, we're building more than a cardiology program—we're building a legacy.
