Full Time Physiatrist Needed

Physical Therapist
Location: Coconut Creek, FL
Position: Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT)
Salary: $85,000-$90,000 per year, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Patient Volume: Approximately 1-2 patients per hour
Setting: Orthopedic Outpatient Physical Therapy Office
Job Summary
We are hiring a Physical Therapist in Coconut Creek, FL for a full-time orthopedic outpatient position.
This role centers on helping patients regain physical abilities needed for work, recreation, mobility, and everyday routines. You may work with someone rebuilding strength after surgery, improving shoulder function following an injury, addressing limited joint movement, or preparing to safely return to normal activity.
You will manage each case from the initial assessment through rehabilitation progression, using measurable findings to determine priorities and guide treatment.
Responsibilities

Examine posture, gait, joint mobility, muscle performance, and functional movement
Identify physical limitations affecting daily activities
Establish measurable rehabilitation goals
Select exercises and interventions appropriate to the patient's diagnosis and stage of recovery
Progress strengthening and mobility activities as function improves
Provide hands-on treatment when clinically appropriate
Prepare patients for safe return to work, recreation, or normal daily routines
Record treatment outcomes and relevant clinical findings
Complete discharge planning once appropriate goals have been achieved
Requirements
Current Physical Therapist (PT) License
DPT Degree or MSPT Degree
Previous outpatient physical therapy experience
Experience working with orthopedic or musculoskeletal conditions
Strong knowledge of physical therapy evaluation and rehabilitation principles
