RN-Registered Nurse Telemetry - Weekend Night Shift

Job Description:

Join a fast-paced Med/Surg and Telemetry (MS/Tele) team in Greeley, Colorado on a 3×12-hour nights schedule. In this travel role, you’ll care for a mix of acute care needs—including renal, cardiac, diabetes, and inpatient hospice—as well as overflow surgical patients when volume requires it. You’ll work in an environment where staffing ratios may flex based on unit demands, with support provided to help you stay steady and effective.

You’ll need acute care experience in a high-acuity, fast-paced setting (first-timers are accepted with relevant acute experience). Expect weekend coverage every other weekend (or per unit needs) and be prepared to float within scope, including possible assignments to sister facilities when necessary. Charting is in Epic.
