Product Engineering Services

Join a Product Engineering team that protects the performance, quality, and continuity of products used in food safety and microbiology applications. In this onsite role, you will apply hands-on microbiology experience and scientific problem-solving to improve commercialized products, support product and process changes, investigate technical issues, and help build future manufacturing and laboratory capability.Use microbiological principles, scientific methods, and data analysis to evaluate product and process performance.Own defined project workstreams and move technical work from testing through conclusions, recommendations, and implementation support.Support material qualifications, manufacturing changes or transfers, product refreshes, and continuity-of-supply projects.Contribute data and technical rationale to Design Specification Records, product standards, and material or supply specifications.Support a Lean Six Sigma-oriented continuous improvement culture by using data and structured problem solving to improve quality, service, cost, process capability, and ways of working.What You BringRequiredBachelor's degree in Microbiology, Biological Sciences, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a related scientific discipline.Experience developing, executing, and interpreting scientific studies or experiments.Experience with food safety microbiology, diagnostic products, culture-based methods, method development, or verification and validation studies.Experience supporting commercialized products or regulated manufacturing operations.Experience with statistics, Design of Experiments, trend analysis, or process capability tools.Experience with specifications, material qualifications, Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.Why This Role MattersProduct Engineers connect scientific understanding with real-world product and manufacturing needs.
